This is like. A week late. But I have a valid excuse. xD! My subscription ran out over the weekend and I didn't have enough money in my account to buy a new one. Then I was too busy last week to deposit my paycheck and so was finally able to do it today and renew my sub so that I can post pictures. *nodnod* Because to me. A con report isn't a con report without pictures. xD!

Anywho! Firstly this was Anime Nebraskon, which was held like... twenty minutes from my house. (And yet we still stayed at the hotel. How awesome are we. xD!) So we start with Friday. Because the con didn't start until 3:00 that afternoon I had quite a bit of time to rush around with last minute packing and panic about my wig still not being here. It literally arrived about an hour before I had to leave. D: Talk about last minute. So I didn't have time to fix it in any way since the sides in the front were bugging me. xD I was messing with them the whole time I was wearing that thing. But yes. Eventually I got everything together, pulled on my cosplay (Saya from Blood+ in the dress she wore in the last few episodes.), and left to pick up Noccy (~Nocturia).

As it was I did end up being late. >_> But yeah, after missing the exit to Noccy's house and having to find an alternate route I picked her up and we were on our way! xD Eventually got there and checked in to the con and then soon after I was elated to find that someone recognized who I was supposed to be without my Diva. (Noccy wasn't in costume yet.) So we just kinda walked around for about an hour until Noccy's mom dropped by to check us into our room. >_> Check in ages and all. We're so close yet so far. D: So we went up there and Noccy changed into her Diva outfit of awesomeness. Sad part was her camera needed it's battery charged so we didn't end up getting pictures until later that night.

Hmm. What did we do then. IT'S BEEN A BUSY WEEK SINCE SO EVERYTHING IS ALREADY FOGGY. Uhh. I think we mostly walked around. Went to the artists alley/dealers room and bought stuff. I don't have pictures of all that I bought during the weekend this time. But it's two Bleach keychains. One Trinity Blood keychain. And one Bleach poster.... Is that seriously all I bought? O.o Oh! And a Naruto keychain for my little brother. Everything else was spend on food. D: Which I didn't eat much of that weekend as it was. xD! It still feels like I bought more... Hmm.

Anyway! I only remember going to one panel. It was pretty epic. xD! They played some old 80s? anime movie called Baoh. "BAAAAAAAAOH." xD! But yeah. They turned the volume waaaay down and pretty much talked over and made fun of it the whole time. It was hilarious because it was so ridiculous. It probably wouldn't have made much more sense if we could've heard it. xD

This is getting really long for just Friday so I'll try to hurry on. Umm. More wandering. We saw quite a few people we met at Otaku Omaha so that was pretty epic. I'll mention them later when I get to the parts where we actually interacted with them instead of just being like. "Oh hey, it's that one person!" xD!!! OKAY. Before I forget. My costume. OMG. As much as I love the way it looks it was such a pain. My blisters from those shoes are still healing. xD And my hair in the back kept poking out of the wig despite 35825325 bobby pins plus a wig cap. And then Noccy's epic Diva wings kept hitting things and bending. xD But at least we looked nice.

The best one we have of me and Noccy together as Saya and Diva. I know there must be better ones out there because several people took pictures of us. But I don't know who any of them were or where to find those pics. D:

SO. What else happened.... We went to the dance for a bit that night but since neither of us wanted to dance (My feet were in paaain and Noccy felt sick.) we left there and wandered to the main lobby ish area place. They were doing karaoke in part of that area so we stood a bit away and watched. That's when we met up with Ceciiil (~KumaTsunami).



I never did get a picture of her in the actual Black Star outfit... Oh well. xD

So for a while we just stood there hanging out with her and a couple of other people talking. There was quite an epic moment when My Immortal by Evanescence came on from the karaoke area and Cecil and Noccy started mouthing/sometimes singing along and... dancing? to it. It was so hilariously awesome. I have a video of it but it's not posted anywhere right now. Then the three of us wandered off to the vending machines. And then back to some panel that... I'm not sure what it was. It was quite amusing. But eventually we went to bed because Noccy was all blah and sick like and all things considered it was 3:00 in the morning by then. xD!

As long as that was for Friday I actually skipped out on a lot of things that happened.

So for some reason Saturday morning is very fuzzy. We got up and got ready. Noccy was Grell that day. I do have a picture of her getting ready.

I remember going to some Code Geass panel where they like... played some game that was some sort of weird version of chess/checkers/something. It was fun to watch and I stole Noccy's Grell coat for a time because I was cold. xD ~xRyu-kunx and ~strayneko who were Death the Kid and Soul Eater on Friday were Zero and Suzaku while playing that game so it fit rather well. xD! And I was sad because they did Emperor Lelouch and Knight of Zero Suzaku later that day but somehow or another I never saw them in those outfits.

Oh! I also remember going to an anime funeral.... xD!!!!!!! Basically showing those "In Loving Memory" pictures of anime characters who have died and talking about them. It was entertaining.

More time lost from my memories until we reach eating lunch that we bought from the hotel. That's when we ran into a Ciel and Sebastian (~starseeker108). We talked to them a bit during lunch where they were saying they needed a room to mess with Ciel's wig since she didn't have it on yet. (Didn't end up using the wig since it just wasn't working. xD) So we offered ours and went up there with them. So we were there for a while while they figured out how to make her long hair look shorter.

After they got all fixed up we left and wandered about for a bit. Went to buy stuff. <_<

Then went to Arby's for dinner.

Then we got back and... really I'm not sure. But I know at some point we ran into more Kuroshitsuji cosplayers who I guess we'd already planned to do a photoshoot with. I was so out of the loop not cosplaying and all. xD So after we were all gathered together we went off to this little area next to the lobby to take piiictuuures.

And that's all I have for Saturday pics. At least ones I want to include here. I have some other random ones but I was too lazy to fix them up to post. After the photoshoot the four of us (Me, Noccy, and our Ciel and Sebastian.) went up to our room and just kinda... sat around for a while. It was pretty fun because Noccy changed into her gender bending Grell outfit ( ) and they went on this whole thing about Ciel being Sebastian and Grell's child and it was hilarious. xD! It also ended up with Sebastian and Grell calling each other husband and wife the rest of the con. xD!!!

Eventually those two had to leave since they weren't staying at the hotel. So me and Noccy wandered for a bit before sitting down with a couple of girls who were drawing and started drawing ourselves. One of them was ~Dr-Nusakan and the other I don't know if she had one or I just didn't get her dA. We did that for a while and ended up being joined by a lot of people. xD! ~Katsumi-Koukon was one of them and there were a couple of others. Mostly girls. But there was a couple of guys too. ~xRyu-kunx showed up eventually and we talked with her for a bit. Well she mostly was just telling us funny stories that have videos to go along with them that I ended up looking up once I had the chance. xD!!! It was pretty fun. But when it reached about 3:00 in the morning yet again we went to bed since Noccy was feeling even more sick than before. D:

So Sunday morning I woke up, got ready and went off to church (Thank goodness the church is only about a minute away from that hotel.), leaving Noccy to sleep since she needed it. I got back and we rushed about getting packed since check out time was 11:00 AM and it was 10:30 when I got back. xD Dragged everything out to the car and then went back in and wandered more.... We seemed to do a lot of that. Eventually we found our Ciel and Sebastian again as well as more Kuroshitsuji cosplayers. And therefore. More pics!

After all of that, which took a while to get away from actually, more wandering I think.... Yeah. Lots of wandering. xD!!! Ooh. I know we went to some dating game panel. That was pretty amusing. We went to the dealers room for the millionth time that weekend. It's like we were expecting something new to pop up after circling it again and again.

Then... guess what! More wandering! xD! Finally ran into Tima (~xRyu-kunx) as Death the Kid while in possession of the camera. She was leaving and unfortunately didn't have the jacket on but oh well.



IT MUST BE SYMMETRICAL. I actually took one before this where it's just one hand but then she was like. "Wait! It has to be symmetrical!" xD



And because he was leaving as well and I hadn't gotten a picture yet I snapped one of Josh (~strayneko) as Soul Eater.

After that we wandered more and more and more and eventually ended up in the main area sitting in a corner with an Ouran cosplayer and a Link. Eating pocky that the Ouran guy offered us. While there I spotted the Hitsugaya cosplayer I had been trying to get a picture of all weekend and seeing as how the con was almost over I ran over to take a pic. xD



And then we talked about all the Hitsugaya merch we'd bought that weekend. Wondering if we really needed more. And yes. We did. xD!!!

Eventually Ciel and Sebastian left and me and Noccy wandered over to the closing ceremony. Sat through that and at the end they took a massive picture of everyone. xD After that we left. I dropped Noccy off at her house, then without stopping by home ran over to a friend's house to pick her up for connect group (Youth group thing.) that night and went straight there. So I didn't end up getting home untill 9:00 that night.

Overall it was an awesome weekend. Met new people. Talked to some we'd met before. Some times got kinda boring since we couldn't find anything to do. Starved most of the time and got little sleep. But had a lot of fun. There are so many little random things that happened that I didn't mention. Like the random hugs people would ask for and just laughing at some people's antics. It was great. I'm looking forward to our next con. (Hopefully Naka-Kon!) Mostly because I can't wait to see some of those people again. Although since that one is even bigger it'll be even harder to find them. xD Oh well. Can't wait!
